Please read through them carefully before placing your order.

By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you.

Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email our customer service team at info [AT] rusansarees.com. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

In our dealings with you, we work on the assumption that all sales are to private consumers.

 

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

BY ONLINE WEBSITE: Simply browse the website, add the products to your Shopping Bag, then checkout, and make payment securely using PayPal (Fastest Method)

BY PHONE: Simply call (+44) 07950620143. Lines are open 5 days a week from 10am to 6pm. Please state model number, colour, quantity, design number, contact details and payment details. Orders will be dispatched subject to availabilty and can take upto 20 - 30 working days.

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.

Please note If you have paid via your PayPal account, transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not dispatched, will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Once you have confirmed your order and gone through the checkout process, you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.

Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

-The product ordered being unavailable from stock
-Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
-The identification of an error within the product information, including price, description or promotion

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you via the contact number that you provide as well as by email. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay by using any of the credit or debit cards listed:

VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS (AMEX), SWITCH, SOLO, VISA ELECTRON, VISA DELTA, MAESTRO OR PAYPAL.

All prices are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge. Although we offer the abilty to view prices in US Dollars as well as Euro's, we will charge your elected payment method in British Pound Sterling (£).

Credit Card Validation:
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme. At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure. If you believe your details are incorrect you may correct those details by following the procedure set out in our privacy policy.

Further information for overseas customers
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit Card Company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery can take upto 20-30 working days as we get the products direct from India. If items are out of stock you shall be notified by phone or email. We use reliable delivery service with full tracking details availabe. A signiture will be required on delivery. We only deliver to the address where the cardholder is registered.

Europe and International Delivery Times
We aim to deliver within 30 working days following the date your order is placed.


Delivery Address
You are able to register two addresses. The billing address which must be the same as the registered card holders address and an additional delivery address.                                                                                           

RETURNS
If an item is unsuitable, it can be returned for an exchange or refund. Please ensure the goods have been returned unworn with the label still attached within 7 days of receipt. All costs of returning the goods will be incurred by the customer, and delivery charges will be payable again once the goods are despatched from our warehouse. In the case of refunds, we can only refund the cost of goods and not the postage and pakaging charge. The item is the cardholders responsibilty until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the parcel for the value of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All products are checked thoroughly before despatch. Please take care when trying on items of clothing and kindly ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume or deodrant  which may leave marks or a scent on the item. We will be unable to except the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Please Note: We cannot provide refunds for any garment or item that is tailored or is a custom order so please be certain before placing your order.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Prices are subject to change without notice. 

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
